Devin was patient and persistent in fixing the clogged toilets and sinks at our Chapel. He snaked the sewer lines for a while but remained clogged so he went down in the crawl space and checked the sewer pipes! He then removed a toilet to attack the clog from the opposite direction and was successful! We highly recommend American Rooter Inc.

Is there a 10 star rating? This is an awesome company all the way around! From the support staff, owners, and technicians, my experience could not have been any better. I called them for a clogged main drain, and they came out the same day. The office staff was prompt with updates of the techs approximate time of arrival, and so pleasant. Tyson and Brandon (technicians) were extremely knowledgeable, kept me informed, and gave a very concise diagnosis. They worked very hard to make sure that the job was done right and completed in a timely manner. I don't remember the last time that I received this quality level of customer service. I will ALWAYS be using them for my plumbing needs.

So appreciated the quick work that Cole performed to unclog our pipes after hours. Clogged pipes at our house means no toilets. Cole was very professional and asked questions to diagnose the problem in a timely manner. The cost was reasonable even though it was after regular business hours.

Devin from American Rooter did a wonderful job at my mom's house. We called them for one job (to unclog the washer drain). Devin had to really work at it to get the washer drain unclogged, first working inside, then going up on the roof to the vent, then coming back in. He managed to get it working again, and let me know that the pipe is badly corroded and will need attention from a plumber soon. While he was there, I told him that the drain in the bathtub was extremely slow and he made time to clear that drain too. He was very pleasant and even moved the washer out from the wall so I could clean behind it. I would definitely use them again.
